About the Group

 Group of Companies “NOVAEM” is one of the youngest holdings in theRussian Federation, which was established in March 2010 by means of reorganization of “Trubmash” Group of Companies.

 “NOVAEM” Group includes OAO “Trubmash” – the company which has consolidated its position in the market and which is a dynamically developing supplier of rolled tubular products for enterprises in the sphere of electric power industry, petroleum, gas, chemical, machine-building and other types of industries. Throughout 16 years of its existence trade mark “Trubmash” has become a synonym of reliability, quality of work, loyalty to customers and partners, complete professionalism of personnel.

OAO “Sibenergomash” makes up the main business asset of the holding. At present time Barnaul Boiler Plant (BKZ), which was founded in 1942, retains its field of specialization. Power boilers under BKZ/Sibenergomash trademark are being operated at a great number of electric power plants in our country and abroad. After owner of the enterprise had been replaced in August 2009, the enterprise received an impetus to develop, and now it is rapidly increasing its production output.

In February 2011 “NOVAEM” Group became a proprietor of Alapaevskiy Metallurgic Plant. “NOVAEM” plans to restart metallurgic enterprise operation which was stopped in 2005, to make it achieve design capacity and to start developing new types of production at industrial site of the plant in the near future.

In October 2011 “NOVAEM” Group purchased 100% share in charter capital of OOO “MORSHANSKHIMMASH” (Tambov Region). This factory has a unique experience in manufacturing tanks and vessels, heat-exchange and column equipment for enterprises in the sphere of chemical, petrochemical, metal, aircraft and other industries, and also in the field of mineral fertilizer manufacturing. Moreover, “MORSHANSKHIMMASH” designs and produces equipment for nuclear power plants.

OAO “NOVAEM” which was established in 2010 is the parent company of the Group. It is a “think factory” of the machine-building holding that is responsible for coordination of strategic development and for ensuring synergy of the Group member-enterprises.

 “NOVAEM” Group of Companies sets large-scale goals. Our plans include not only development of new manufacture and business areas on the basis of current assets, but also founding and purchase of new companies, sweeping new market areas. Changing according to the realties of economic life, companies of the holding keep the motto of “Trubmash” unchanged – “Reliability and quality, energy and mobility”.
